4The End or Not?  Nov 24, 1999
I have The End Beanie Baby and it is beautiful. I just recently started collecting beanies, but besides Princess, The End is the prettiest one out there. My speculation about this beanie being the end of all beanies is well, interesting. I don't know if any of you know or may have seen the birthdate on the Ty2k beanie, but its birthday is January 1, 2000. You be the judge! Enjoy your beanies as I know I will.

5A MUST HAVE for Ty Beanie Collectors  Nov 07, 2001
The End Bear is a bear Must Have!! This bear symbolized the End of Ty Beanies. Luckly, since the request for Beanies were so high or some miracle, Ty then decided to keep the making of the Beanies going. That's when he created The Beginning Bear, which symbolized the new generation of Beanies! The End bear would look good next to The Beginning Bear. The End bear is very fancy and sophistcated. With shiny fur, fancy writing, fireworks, he does add PIZAZZ!! He will do that if you get this bear.

I have been collecting for a long time, and this is the one to add to your collection. Don't turn your back down on The End Bear! Trust me, he won't mark the End of your collection!!

5THE END? WHO KNOWS? BUT THIS IS A COOL BEAR!  Dec 14, 1999
Whether or not TY is really pulling the plug on all their products, or if they'll simply have a new name after Y2K, who can say right now?

What's true is that this is one very dapper little guy, even if he is a bit on the somber side. But don't really expect that he's all that rare. Add him to your collection because he's great-looking and pretty unusual. The (almost) living End!

4Allthough it's cute, it was a lie.  Aug 30, 2001
I own this Beanie, along with 200 others. Allthough it's adorable (along with almost every other beanie), the purpose of it was so overated. This Beanie Baby was supposed to represent the last beanie and the end of TY Beanie Baby productions. That's all hype and lie because a month or two later after this came out guess what else did?: The Beginning Bear. Anyways, TY fooled the press, publicity, and public with this bear. Still, if you want it, I guess it would make a good set to go with The Beginning. Overall, if you don't think about the complexity of what this Beanie brought, it's a cute childs toy.

4"END THE BEAR" COLLECTIBLE FRENZY!  Feb 07, 2000
When I first saw this 'lil fellow, I knew, without a doubt, that he would become a rare collectible. The company played it's trump card by limited production and proclamation of ending (no pun intended) the toy line. Collectible frenzy insued. A beautiful market ploy and a start to making this cute, little black bear most sought after.
